Simple Rules of this Competition
With the antenna supplied, make any form of Transmission, Reception or Contact.
Modify this antenna in anyway, if you prefer.
With all Contacts made, inform each contact of the Bolton Wireless Club, sharing the BWC Website address and meetings & venue details.
Record video and/or audio of your Transmission, Reception or Contact.
Create a short five-minute presentation regarding your use & experience of this Ali-Express China 70cm antenna.
Share your presentation during the Club meeting on 13th April
All members who make a Presentation will be entered into the Free Prize Draw. The three prizes are sponsored by Andrew G1EFP.
The presentations included:
"Stubby the Half-Yagi" from Mark M0UFC
"A wire-less Morse keyer" from Steve G4AQB
"Does size matter?" from Ross G6GVI
plus three other talks by Stephen M0KSE, Bill G4CFP and Mike G4WYZ.
And the winners of the prize draw were Tim M6SEC, Steve G4AQB and Ross G6GVI. Each received a 433MHz HelTec Wireless Tracker kit from Ali-Express.
Now who will be the first to get theirs on air?
