We have a programme of twice-monthly meetings, each of which includes a lecture or activity session of some kind.

Throughout the year we have a number of other Club activities, such as:

Portable and contest operations
Wednesday Workshops
Radio direction-finding (ARDF) hunts
Special Event Stations
Ramblers on the air
Amateur Television outside broadcasts

We are a Registered Centre for the RCE examinations, we're running training courses to help our Members to climb up the Licensing ladder, and we've already got many of them through their exams.

Alternating with our Monday night meetings, we also get together on the air for Club Nets; listen out for G0BWC/A, G1ONE/A and many of our members between 8 and 10pm on the following bands/modes:
2m FM and SSB, 6m FM, 4m FM, 70cm FM, 10m FM, 160m and 80m SSB.
Our Club Nets regularly attract over a dozen stations, sometimes using simultaneous channels on 2m, 6m and 4m. We occasionally spread out into the 10m, 160m and 80m bands too, where we've linked up with Club members all the way from South Wales and Cambridge!

Please call in if you hear us - you don't need to be a Club Member to join our Net!

As well as voice telephony, we'll also try out a number of different modes throughout the year, and try to link up with our Members further afield during their holidays.
